Role: Resource Worker
Debora primarily works directly with foster children on a one to one basis, she also supports carer in their homes.
Jusna has experience of working with families under assessment that have a varying range of complex needs including drug and alcohol issues. Jusna also has experience supervising family contacts and now works for HMG providing intervention support to our young people and foster families.
Joan has over 20 years of working in the social care sector working with youths, children and families. Joan has held positions in crisis intervention, supervising social work and senior social work position as well as management positions. Joan is solution focused ensuring systems are in place so that all children placed with HMG have a wrap around service to promote positive outcomes.
Zoe has 7 years experience of working for a large fostering agency before coming to HMG. She is the friendly voice you will hear answering the phone.
Sam has over 7 years experience working in fostering and adoption assessment, Children in need and children looked after. His focus is increasing the value and performance HMG using a solution focused, strengths based approach with sustainable outcomes.
Assistant Social Supervising Worker
Valerie is an experienced ‘Strengthening Families, Strengthening Communities program facilitator. She is also is trained to provide family therapy intervention with a range of complex families and currently delivers Grange Park’s effective parenting course ‘Help me Grow’
Co-Director / Registered Manager
Marcus has over 30 years experience in child protection and safeguarding with other 20 years in a range of senior manager positions within Local Authorities and Private Organisations. Marcus’s vision of being part of a new innovative fostering service that offers a range of specialist services to vulnerable children and young people has come to fruition within HMG.
Co-Director /Responsible Individual & Quality Assurance
Barbara has over 25 years experience in child protection and safeguarding. She has been a registered social worker since 1993 and has under taken a range of assessment including criminal and care proceedings for local authorities. Barbara has also been managing director of Elite Fostering Agency as well as experience of parenting assessments on families with a whole range of complex needs.
